Stating in was towed because of backwards parking in a 2 car slot I've never in my life heard of that shit and mind you my car wasn't the only one yesterday that was parked like that but was the only 1 towed and all day for hours at end there were n still are vehicles parked that way and not once has stupid tow truck been in complex. Yet I'm the only one screwed -
Complaint from Katie Booth Glendale, AZalmost 4 years agoThe people who answer the phone are the most rude and disrespectful people to whom I have spoken. I would not recommend them to anyone. I'm disabled and they ransacked my truck, stole property from out of my truck, damaged my vehicle, and refused to take any responsibility. They even then had the gall to hang up on me every time I called sans once! They are horrible people.
